Human Resource Generalist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of human resources within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving success by managing recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, health and well-being, termination process, and other related people management functions.

About the Role
  • Deliver effective local HR services aligned with customer SLAs, KPIs, and general expectations.
  • Coach and follow up on implementation of key annual people processes across the business.
  • Analyze and interpret key HR metrics within HR teams and towards business stakeholders.
  • E nsure proper usage of global & local HR systems and data accuracy.
  • Execute HR general people process and provide data analysis.
  • Suggest actions and implement improvements in local procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation in Administration, HR Management, or similar.
  • Previous experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and tools, and knowledge of local labour law and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and cooperate with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable with digital technology/HR Systems.
  • Good communication skills and command of the English language (oral and written).
