Partner Support Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Retail Partnerships team, driving transportation innovation by championing partner support and streamlining onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding of retailers into our platform, managing the full process and maximising connectivity between carriers and retailers.
  • Continuously improve processes and address partner requests to enhance the onboarding experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, customer support, and content teams to continuously improve our underlying technology and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience with APIs and Postman, with strong SQL skills.
  • Previous exposure to Zapier.
  • Passionate about working with clients and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Keen eye for detail, balancing accuracy with efficiency, and able to communicate clearly across teams and geographies.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, quickly grasps new technical concepts, and is highly organized, managing multiple initiatives with shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
