  • Lead the recruitment process, including designing interview processes and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions to address talent gaps.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
