Compliance Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Program Manager to spearhead our compliance initiatives in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF) programs;
- E nsuring adherence to anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations;
- Oversight of information security measures;
- Collaboration with regulators and implementation of effective controls and risk assessment processes;
In addition, the successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining AML program documentation, fostering open communication with stakeholders, and driving regulatory compliance matters forward.
To excel in this role, applicants should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance within the payments and financial services industry in Brazil;
- A Bachelor's Degree in Law, Economics, or Risk Management;
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese;
