**Compliance Risk Manager - Surveillance Specialist**

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Risk Manager to serve as the head of LATAM & Mexico Communications Surveillance. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a suite of surveillances designed to detect behaviors that may violate regulatory rules or internal policies and procedures.

As a Compliance Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of compliance professionals, supervising analyst review teams, and overseeing daily workflow. You will also be responsible for preparing, editing, and maintaining ICRM program-related materials, interacting with other areas within Citi, and staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and internal policy updates.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in compliance laws, rules, and regulations, as well as excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. They will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with regional and global partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement surveillance programs to detect regulatory rule violations
- Manage a team of compliance professionals and supervise analyst review teams
- Oversee daily workflow and prepare, edit, and maintain ICRM program-related materials
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and internal policy updates
- Collaborate with regional and global partners to achieve compliance goals
