We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to identify top-tier mobile app companies with potential for growth.
  • Client Identification: Research potential clients and decision-makers to understand their backgrounds and tailor your approach effectively.
  • Bespoke Communication: Develop personalized communication flows to deliver the right message to the right person, building meaningful business relationships.
  • Sales Outreach: Execute targeted cold-calling campaigns to generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Executives to arrange discovery calls and advance opportunities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or hunting roles in the Digital Advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English are a must; another language such as Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce would be a plus).
  • Performance-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated and quick learner able to adapt to new technology, software, and responsibilities.
