We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Educate: Educate customers on the benefits of using our products and services.
- Ownership: Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up as needed.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Technical Skills: Have strong technical skills, including experience with APIs, UI, and transaction inquiries.
- Business Acumen: Possess a solid understanding of financial and payment transactions, including payment status, payment declines, and collections inquiries.
