This role as a Client Support Specialist is part of our Merchant Operations team, responsible for clarifying, solving, and escalating customer queries or problems. You will be a brand ambassador and customer champion, reporting to the Manager, Customer Support.

Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORT CUSTOMERS ACROSS MULTIPLE CHANNELS
  • TROUBLESHOOT COMPLEX PROBLEMS
  • EDUCATE CUSTOMERS ON TRUSTLY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
  • OWN CUSTOMER ISSUES END-TO-END
  • ANSWER QUESTIONS RELATED TO IMPLEMENTATIONS AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
Requirements:
  • EMPATHY, PASSION, AND OBSESSION FOR HELPING CUSTOMERS
  • STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL SKILLS
  • EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS
  • iOS OR ANDROID EXPERIENCE (IDEAL)
  • PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF SALESFORCE SERVICE/CRM (IDEAL)
