Job Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. We are seeking someone with expertise in data analysis and business intelligence to support our business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop reports and dashboards to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Business Intelligence solutions from scratch, including defining KPIs and metrics.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identify required data sources.
  • Cleanse and massage data into the required shape, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet specifications.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and gather feedback.
  • Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Data Analysis tools, developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.
  • Maintain and document the operational environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.
  • An understanding of top-of-the-line Data Analysis tools. Previous experience with administration, licensing, security, and deployment is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of the concepts involved in modeling relational data.
  • Strong analytic skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments.
  • Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
  • Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (is a plus).
  • Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (is a plus).
  • Advanced English level.
