**HRBP Role Overview**

At Sgf Global, we are seeking a skilled HRBP to join our team in Pampulha. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in driving employee engagement, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with leadership and employees to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Source and interview candidates for all levels of positions
  • Proactively approach employment engagement and development, establishing or updating programs, policies, procedures, and tools
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation
  • Contribute to business unit restructures and organization design
  • Facilitate workforce planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to complete talent management and succession planning efforts
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees and leaders
  • Support HR projects and HRIS management
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including full cycle recruitment, Canada Employment Legislation, employee engagement, and HR program design
  • Experience managing large-scale projects
  • Experience working in a decentralized, multi-unit environment
  • CHRL designation or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education with a focus on Human Resource Management, Bachelor's degree preferred

**Language:**

Bilingual French and English

**Travel:**

Up to 40% travel required
