Growth Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth at scale.

This role will focus on optimizing paid social and digital marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics and experimentation to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), ROI, and overall marketing impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ Years of Experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing Roles
  • Proven Track Record of Driving Scalable User Acquisition and Growth through Paid Media
  • Demonstrated Experience in Using Data to Inform Decisions and Optimize Campaigns
  • Familiarity with A/B Testing, Experimentation, and Marketing Analytics Platforms
  • Experience with Marketing Platforms and Marketing Automation Tools
  • Experience Managing Cross-Functional Projects and Collaborating with Broad Teams
