Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement master data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of master data in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead data governance initiatives, including data quality assessments, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities.
  • Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of master data across systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP master data management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and master data objects.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and data quality management.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
