Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a team of creative strategists in Brazil and act as the creative and operational lead for the region.

This role is key to empowering brands to authentically engage live communities on Twitch, creating unique, multiplayer entertainment experiences that bring joy to millions worldwide.

  • Develop compelling proposals that serve brand needs while leveraging Twitch's platform, products, and talent.
  • Translate, educate, and evangelize Twitch to advertising clients through client meetings, pitches, and collaborative work sessions.
  • Articulate high-concept ideas and proposals to ensure effective communication with sellers, media agencies, and clients.
  • Conceptualize campaigns in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree and approximately 5-10 years experience working on a dedicated creative team at an agency, brand, or platform.
  • 2+ years of direct management experience.
  • A portfolio of branded content work, solid creative instincts, and high standards for campaign work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Familiarity with the RFP process, analyzing briefs, solving brand problems, and delivering effective responses.
  • Understanding of Twitch, influencer spaces, branded content, and digital advertising landscapes.
  • Experience presenting creative concepts to clients and comfortable pitching to executive-level stakeholders.
