About the Role

As a highly skilled Software Security Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our software applications. This includes identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop secure software development practices, and staying up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in our software applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement secure coding practices and review code for security risks.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in the development of incident response plans and procedures to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of software security concepts and principles.
  • Experience with security testing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GWAPT, CPTE, or CSSLP.
  • Experience with cloud security platforms and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework.
