Blue Yonder Application Support
The primary focus of this role is to deliver Application Managed Services (AMS) and minor projects related to Blue Yonder.

Key Responsibilities:
With over 3 years of experience in Blue Yonder AMS Support, the candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Technical Assistance:
Provide first and second-level technical assistance for Blue Yonder's Advanced Planning and Scheduling (AMS) software.

Problem Resolution:

Investigate and analyze reported issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure the software operates smoothly.



Client Interaction:
Engage with customers, end-users, and internal teams to gather information, understand requirements, and communicate resolutions effectively.

Documentation Management:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support cases, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.



Team Collaboration:

Work closely with development and product teams to escalate and prioritize critical issues, provide feedback on product enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.



User Training:
Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of Blue Yonder AMS software and optimize its utilization.

System Monitoring and Maintenance:
Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures to ensure optimal performance.

Software Upgrades and Patching:
Assist in planning and executing software upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  • Track incidents, service requests, and change requests to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Facilitate meetings and conference calls.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required as this position is part of the KTLO team.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably with expertise in Blue Yonder's AMS or similar supply chain and warehouse management software.



Technical Proficiencies:
Proficient in troubleshooting, SQL queries, and system analysis. Familiarity with Blue Yonder's software suite is highly desirable.

Communication Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions.

Team Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Proficient communication skills in English

  • Facilitate meetings and conference calls.
- Experience in AMS GLOBAL project support – N2 and N3 support and improvement

*Support Coverage: will work 09am - 18pm Brazil time.
*Fully remote.
