About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team at OneLocal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Document solutions to common and complex issues, resulting in customer-facing knowledge articles that enhance the overall client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Engineering, and Product, to resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software products and services to provide expert-level support to clients.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting for software products.
  • Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-follow instructions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and put the customer at ease.
