Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SupportYourApp Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform invoice control and verification
  • Check data and compare details in the system
  • Meet team KPIs and ensure quality standards
  • Correct discrepancies and resolve issues
  • Work with customers' sensitive information securely
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding invoices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services

Requirements:

  • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) and upper-intermediate English
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in back-office positions
  • Experience in customer service
