The SaaS Academy Team is dedicated to empowering Software as a Service (SaaS) companies through world-class coaching and training.

This role involves playing a pivotal part in managing production schedules, coordinating logistics, and supporting various teams to deliver exceptional events for SaaS Academy.

Key Responsibilities & Success Metrics:

  • Project Management and Organization
  • Serve as the backbone of our Events Team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain clear project tracking to guarantee 100% readiness for meetings and presentations.
  • Communication and Coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Ensure prompt follow-ups, transparent communication, and a high response rate to post-event feedback forms.
  • Event Logistics Management
  • Manage key event logistics such as vendor coordination, rooming lists, and inventory management.
  • Guarantee zero rooming errors, on-time print deadlines, and regular budget reviews to ensure seamless operations.
  • Inventory Oversight and Swag Management
  • Oversee the swag process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy in kit deliveries and meeting shipping deadlines.
  • Design Support and Collaboration
  • Support the Events Team by completing basic design tasks using Canva, adhering to brand guidelines, and delivering materials promptly with minimal revisions.
