Financial Partnerships Manager

About the Role

The Financial Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a network of high-performing Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, influencers, and other strategic partners in the financial and trading sector. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless partnership management, leverage market trends to identify new opportunities, and foster a collaborative environment that values innovation and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective partnership strategies to attract and retain high-value traders.
  • Manage and expand an active portfolio of partners, increasing monthly revenue generated from these relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, compliance, and IT departments to ensure integrated partnership management.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyze market trends, and gather feedback to enhance Weltrade's services and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions using CRM systems and generate regular performance reports.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex/CFD sales (B2B/B2C).
  • Strong knowledge of trading principles, including technical and fundamental analysis, risk management, and capital markets.
  • Experience using CRM and maintaining comprehensive records of partner interactions.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a similar role.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Professional, cooperative, highly organized, and analytical mindset.
  • Preferred: Candidates with experience in the Forex/Finance trading industry and a deep understanding of IB business models.
