Job Opportunity:

This is a leadership role that requires working from one of our offices in São Paulo or Porto Alegre. As a strategic program leader, you will collaborate with directors and managers to lead a multidisciplinary team on one or more product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive project plans and goals to drive alignment and overall program delivery success
  • Partner across teams to drive product development, own the creation of mission-critical products, and deliver desired outcomes
  • Provide effective decision-making on complex issues of scope, design, architecture, and process
  • Deliver timely and tailored communication for various audiences: engineering teams, product managers, marketing partners, and executive leaders
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English language required
  • 7+ years of experience in software development
  • Experience leading large-scale custom software development projects
  • Demonstrated experience and confidence in managing software projects with complex scopes and executive partners
