We design and implement solutions to mitigate against market risks or to create investment opportunities in the financial markets.
The team provides front to back operational support to our business and its customers.
- Key member of the operations team providing comprehensive support to OTC Derivatives and Structured Notes business.
- Daily activities include reconciling trade positions and cash flows, managing trade and notes lifecycles, sending trade confirmations and client statements, dealing with margin calls, paying agent, prime brokerage and settlements.
- Contributing to the establishment of new controls and automation of existing reconciliation tools and processes.
Seeking highly motivated individual with up to 3 years relevant experience in middle office/operations role in the financial services industry. Key skills include problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a collaborative team player, and able to build relationships and influence others.
