High-Performing Analytics Leader

This is a senior-level position that oversees the regional analytics roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business needs, profitability, and innovation. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely results and drive continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:- Prioritize the regional analytics roadmap and manage investments to maximize ROI on analytics initiatives.
- Establish standards and governance for analytics solutions and champion self-service data capabilities to empower business users.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with finance to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Serve as primary liaison for senior leaders and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience in Data & Analytics leadership or service management, preferably in an agile program environment.
- Familiarity with Azure/MSSQL ecosystems, Business Intelligence tools (Power BI/Tableau), ETL, data modeling; Master Data Management knowledge is an asset.
- Strong business insight, financial acumen, and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
