Role Overview

As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for working with experienced teams to nurture a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset, and expand your perspective.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the financial & commercial management of the APAC region. This involves partnering with the Business on finance matters, including financial analysis, forecasting, and bidding.

Regular interaction with business leaders and stakeholders is expected. The role requires commercial acumen and the ability to communicate complex information to various audiences.

  • Assist in the monthly accounts cycle, reviewing financials to ensure accuracy and understanding of results: Detailed earnings review; Variance Analysis of Revenue and Costs; WIP Analysis; Debtors Analysis; and Prepare monthly Management Review Presentation
  • Forecasting – Share insights and provide clarity to the business on forecasting including: Monthly Revenue forecast; Salesforce Pipeline analysis; Resource Cost Forecasting; Weekly Cashflow forecasting; and Support annual Budgeting and long range Forecast process;
  • Provide ad hoc commercial analysis support: Partner with the business on bids, business plans, tenders; Contract Reviews; and Job Profitability/Utilisation Review
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Experience working within a multicurrency environment
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused individual
  • Collaborative and friendly team player
  • Thrives in a hands-on environment focusing on innovation, resourcefulness, and velocity
