Payroll Expert Role

The Payroll Expert will be responsible for managing the internal payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Review and verify payroll inputs, calculations, and payments.
  • Monitor and control delivery of accessory obligations.
  • Master and comply with e-Social obligations, checking, quality, and deadlines.
  • Manage time and attendance of employees, differentiating work regimes such as overtime.
  • Carry out systemic admission process and employment contract amendments.
  • Check time clock for different work regimes, including on-call and overtime in Brazil and Chile.
  • Calculate vacations and terminations; manage relationships with external partners.
  • Schedule and process admission, dismissal, and periodic exams.
  • Generate and check payroll accounts and accounting provisions.
  • Attend and provide documents related to audits, inspections, and legal proceedings.
  • Process payment of benefits and apportionment by area/class.

This role requires a solid background in payroll processing for Brazil and Chile, with knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations. Experience with overtime, on-call shifts, and variable compensation is essential.
