Sales Engineering Delivery Manager

At AgileEngine, we are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to lead the crucial link between our prospective clients and internal teams.


About the role

This position requires a strong grasp of business strategy and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), along with excellent communication and design skills to create engaging, high-quality deliverables.


Key responsibilities:
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to gather essential engagement details.
  • Translate insights into impactful proposals that meet client objectives while balancing technical feasibility and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful client onboarding and project kickoff.
  • Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals that clearly articulate service offerings and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, including outstanding interpersonal skills, strong presentation and storytelling skills, and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • UX and presentation design acumen, enabling effective discussion of digital product experiences and creation of high-quality, visually engaging presentation decks and proposals.
  • Technical savvy and SDLC knowledge, including a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information, identify key insights, and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Ability to prioritize client objectives while balancing technical feasibility and business goals.
