Project Manager Senior

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales & Project Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will bring a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on fixed-price, short-term projects.

About the Role
  • Combine pre-sales expertise, including proposal preparation and client engagement, with hands-on project delivery and client relationship management.
  • Launch teams, establish effective workflows, and build strong bridges between clients and delivery teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial control.
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to support pre-sales efforts, showcase capabilities, and help close new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and career development.
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities.
