Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying project deviations and implementing actions to mitigate their impact. Your role will involve analyzing root causes of deviations and developing strategies to reduce future occurrences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor projects for deviations and implement corrective actions to minimize impact
  • Analyze root causes of deviations and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
  • Collaborate with the bidding team to improve proposal quality and accuracy
  • Consolidate financial data from across the Latam region
  • Prepare presentations for management review and update tracking files

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Maths, or Physics
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Desirable: experience in the energy sector

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP, BI, and Power BI tools
