Job Summary
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Participate in project rollouts and deployments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment, providing valuable insights for future project planning.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on technical requirements and project objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician, with a strong background in IT infrastructure support.
- Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred, demonstrating expertise in IT infrastructure support.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications, as well as knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed, to ensure timely support and resolution of technical issues.
