We are seeking a Social Media Content Manager to join our innovative Marketing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, producing and editing engaging video, image and text content for various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). They will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Paid Traffic team to create content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce and edit engaging video, image and text content for various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Paid Traffic team to create content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Utilize video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and image editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Implement basic AI tools and techniques to optimize content creation, such as automated editing software or AI-driven analytics.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to inform content strategy and improve reach.
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to refine content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to provide full support with Conversion-optimized content.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and production.
  • Proven experience in conversion-optimized content creation.
  • Proficiency in video and image editing software.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in content production.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buzzmonitor).
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing.

Education:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production or a related field is preferred but not required.
