Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect who can drive the design and delivery of projects on the Salesforce Platform. This is a critical role in our team, requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

  • This individual will lead discovery workshops with clients to gather requirements and synthesize client needs into effective solutions.
  • The Solutions Architect will design and implement complex solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, ensuring they meet the client's needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex and Lightning framework development, integration patterns, and frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A relevant Engineering or Computer Science degree, or relevant work experience as a Salesforce architect.
  • One or more Architect Certifications.
  • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud and Platform Developer I.
  • At least 3 years of technology consulting experience.
  • Experience working on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, with a focus on designing solutions and leading implementation teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
