Senior Procurement Agile Analyst Job Description

This role is a key contributor to the Global Procurement Center of Expertise (COE), collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-visibility, high-return-on-investment projects across categories.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver reporting and analytics solutions to translate data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Work with the Analytics Manager to develop use cases, propose modeling approaches, assess feasibility, estimate effort, and draft project plans.
  • Identify, retrieve, query, and append data from internal databases and external data sources in support of reporting and analytics operations.
  • Create, design, build, modify reports, scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
  • Provide training and support to enable stakeholders to use reporting and analytics tools effectively.
  • Presentation and explanation of complex analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences.
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Procurement Agile Analyst. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering reporting and analytics solutions to support procurement projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data & analytics within Procurement, Supply Chain, or Consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and summarize complex data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with multiple data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, SAP Hana, Excel).
  • Ability to manage projects and engage with stakeholders effectively.
