Procurement Strategist Leader

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies within cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and expertise in cost management and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.
They will also possess advanced English proficiency and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
We are looking for a strong leader who can inspire and guide teams to deliver outstanding results.
The selected candidate will have a strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and challenge the status quo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing category strategies within cross-functional teams
- Reviewing the overall effectiveness of current strategies and identifying additional opportunities for improvement
- Clearly articulating the category vision and improvement roadmap to stakeholders
- Securing approval for all category strategies within your scope of responsibility
- Monitoring strategy progress and adapting as needed based on the evolving business environment
You will work closely with category teams, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to support product testing and evaluation.
You will also drive strong buy-in and influence key decisions to support the successful implementation and sustainability of initiatives.
The selected candidate will have prior experience with SAP/Ariba systems and advanced Spanish skills.
They will also possess a proactive, solution-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset and resilience and composure under pressure.
