We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Business Development Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to build and implement core processes and infrastructures.
- Maintain current systems, including Notion, Drive, Slack, etc.
- Execute company-wide initiatives and operational projects.
- Develop sales materials and procedures.
- Manage CRM (Hubspot) activities.
- Foster relationships with ecosystem partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (Agency background preferred).
- Proficiency in working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
- Experience working at Digital agencies.
- Outgoing personality and ability to integrate into a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to grow your network.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
