We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Business Development Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to build and implement core processes and infrastructures.
  • Maintain current systems, including Notion, Drive, Slack, etc.
  • Execute company-wide initiatives and operational projects.
  • Develop sales materials and procedures.
  • Manage CRM (Hubspot) activities.
  • Foster relationships with ecosystem partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (Agency background preferred).
  • Proficiency in working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
  • Experience working at Digital agencies.
Personal Qualities:
  • Outgoing personality and ability to integrate into a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to grow your network.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
