
Sales Process Manager

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will report directly to our Director of Partnerships and be responsible for managing operational inputs of the sales process. This includes overseeing CRM day-to-day functions, scheduling calls with new business opportunities, and assisting with sales collateral development.
- Assist the Director of Partnerships in building and implementing core processes and infrastructures.
- Maintain current infrastructures such as Notion, Drive, Slack, etc.
- Execute company-wide initiatives and operational projects.
- Build sales decks and procedures.
- Oversee management of Darkroom's CRM (Hubspot).
- Facilitate conversations with ecosystem partners.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications or similar, 2+ years of experience managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (agency experience preferred), and expertise working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred). Additionally, you should be outgoing, able to integrate into a fast-paced sales environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and desire to grow your network.
