Leading Production Manager - Embryonated Eggs

As a leading production manager, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the activities of production alongside operators. You will control stock levels and request materials and raw materials necessary to the production process.

Furthermore, it is your responsibility to report costs and consumption of inputs in the management system (ERP), lead continuous improvement actions, investigate deviations, and reduce losses.

You must also ensure the application of quality and health, safety, and environmental procedures in areas of egg cultivation. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and following up on non-compliance investigations to guarantee process quality.

Moreover, you will have to ensure correct filling and verification of production documentation, support technical development of the team by creating training plans and conducting trainings, participate in audits, reviews of documents, and validations of processes and equipment.

Lastly, you will be responsible for elaborating performance indicators and contributing to continuous process improvement.
