**Job Description**:
Plan and support the production manager in all activities related to the OP calendar for E in Brazil, including developing **production** plans and determine workflow requirements.

Develop cost effective **production** solutions while maintaining high quality and productivity.

The Specialist will assist Production Executives in managing and supporting all assigned TVD licensed and in-house production.

In addition to front line communication with each production company, the Specialist will facilitate the creation, tracking, and transfer of relevant information and materials to the various departments within the involved areas.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Editorial and technical supervision of the Original Production shows according to manager guidelines, schedules and company standards.
- Revision and correction of scripts and shows for manager’s approval.
- Attending to shootings on field to evaluate production companies’ performance & resources.
- Strong control of post
- production and delivery timetables.
- Attending to production meetings to support the area manager.
- Manage agenda of hosts and talents according to the network interests.
- Organizing travel arrangements for cast, crew and production executives.
- Copy and distribute schedules or call sheets.
- Work closely with the Production Manager to assure that all requests from Marketing, Ad Sales and Creative departments are being complied.
- Provide support on content development of specific projects.
- Elaborate presentations of projects in development.
- Find different production services to each project, that have both competitive prices and required quality (editorial & technical);
- Detect specific freelance crews for distinct projects (hosts, celebrities, journalists, producers, editors, writers, etc).
- Propose and detect themes that are relevant to the local audience.

**Qualifications**:
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Communication (Journalism or Radio & TV) or Cinema.
- Speaking, writing and reading in English and Spanish fluently. High proficiency in both languages is a strong advantage.
- At least two years-experience as a production assistant or other related experience for TV.
- Experience in digital content, including video editing, is desirable.
- Experience in MS Office environments (Excel, Word & PPT).
- Ability to create great presentations (Keynote and PPT) and manage Excel spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of Ancine regulations, co-production mechanisms and Brazilian legislation for the audio-visual sector is a strong advantage.
