**Job Description**:
The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist will support the Marketing Manager in executing all related marketing objectives associated to the E Brazil brand in areas of Ad Sales, Affiliates and consumer efforts. The position will also have a dotted line report to the Director of Public Relations and Talent Relations for all NBCUniversal portfolio in Latin America.

The Public Relations specialist will coordinate with local Public Relations agency to make sure E Brazil has a permanent coverage in the mainstream media outlets, is on top of mind of opinion leaders and influencers. Specialist will work hand to hand with the Original Production team to ensure all necessary information about E local productions is well used to achieve press coverage.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand individual Marketing goals and initiatives with relation to the ad sales, affiliates and consumer goals.
- Help to facilitate Marketing asset creation and execution to improve effectiveness of campaigns. This includes managing the review process.
- Support campaign execution and research that help drive channel’s revenue and profit target.
- Compile and maintain KPI data to support in the identification of business concerns and related actions.
- Work closely with Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing collateral that supports key message for creative.
- Process business administrative tasks including budget support and calendaring.
- Collaborate with Original Production, external partners, developers, and agencies for effective campaign execution.
- Track project schedules and key campaign bests
- Excel as a team player and strive to maximize team/department performance.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with talent, personal publicists, managers and agents in order to facilitate talent’s participation in original productions, press junkets, talent appearances and ad sales presentations for NBCUniversal Latin America and Brazil.
- Act as the primary company representative for any and all talent requests; Coordinate and execute talent asks across all departments of the company including marketing, social media and adverting sales; oversee approach to talent, manage expectations, and ensure successful execution of talent-related events and initiatives
- Work with department coordinators to book talent travel, hair & makeup, create itineraries, and ensure talent needs are met
- Accompany and manage talent during all events and industry activities and events Upfront, screenings, affiliate marketing events, and press conference.
- Work directly with Programing team and E Online Brazil to identify highlights and promotional opportunities to get press coverage
- Supervise the writing of press releases done by the local Public Relations Agency. Get the releases approved by Network executives, production house, legal, talent, etc
- Coordinate along the local Public Relations agency press communications tactics for new shows (press junkets, satellite media tour, set visits)
- Liaison between original production team and Public Relations to obtain all assets necessary to promote the series.
- Facilitate assets and talking points to the talent so they can promote their shows on social media.
- Process payments and per-diems deposits for talent
- Follow up with La Agencia (creative team) for all PR needs (photos, behind the scenes shoots, show’s synopsis, etc)
- Develop minute by minute agenda and delivery it to the talent for all appearances
- Follow up to make sur
