As a Data Analyst , you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This role requires a strong problem solver who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards , ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
  • Perform data transformation and cleaning to prepare datasets for reporting and analysis
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues , proactively identifying anomalies and inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Design and implement reporting solutions that are scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling
  • Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to support transparency and knowledge sharing
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs

SKILLS:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
  • Strong experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation
  • Solid understanding of database management principles and relational data models
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data problems independently
  • High attention to detail in report design and data validation
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience transforming and cleaning data from multiple sources
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to data challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in database design and management , including table relationships and indexing
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools and workflows
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices
  • Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
