Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound patient calls, delivering exceptional customer service experience.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals in conducting medical consultations under the guidance of a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including calendar management, data entry, document preparation, and research.
  • Conduct thorough research to support medical staff and enhance patient care outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating patient follow-ups efficiently.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
  • Support the management of medical records and essential documentation processes.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with US RN License.
  • Must have an American Accent for clear communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a neutral American accent and prior outbound experience preferred.
  • Capable of handling administrative duties such as calendar management, data entry, document preparation, and research.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software platforms.
  • Proactive follow-up skills for ensuring timely task completion.
