We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our customer excellence strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing customer experience, with strong leadership abilities and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the customer experience, while also fostering a collaborative environment within the team.
A deep understanding of customer needs is essential, along with experience in customer service-related positions such as Manager or Head.
