Essa vaga é no modelo presencial, das 09h às 16h, na nossa unidade de Barueri.
Sumário
Auxiliar a equipe nas atividades operacionais diárias, visando seu desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional, além da interação com as demais equipes internas da empresa.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Atendimento ao Cliente.
- Foco no cliente.
- Foco na melhoria contínua.
- Ser responsável por acompanhar as demandas solicitadas pelo time de Customer Service.
- Ser a ponte entre o Time de Customer Experience e as demais áreas internas da Empresa.
- Ter responsabilidade com prazos.
- Utilizar as ferramentas necessárias para desenvolvimento de suas atiidades diárias: Oracle, PDM, Gmine.
- Envio de relatórios diários aos clientes.
- POAs/ SOAs;
- Aprovação de faturamento com o cliente/ Envio de Faturamento para Analista de Faturamento.
- Controle de saídas de planta (revisão da planilha da planta de Card Body) e protocolos de Processo de auditoria.
- Criação de Order Itens.
Qualificações
- Cursando Ensino Superior.
- Inglês Básico.
- Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office.
