Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Windows environments, troubleshooting system and network issues, and administering core Microsoft infrastructure services.

This role requires a strong background in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining these critical services, as well as performing root-cause analysis and resolving issues related to authentication and system performance.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in Windows system administration.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related services, including DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs.
  • Skills: Solid troubleshooting skills for authentication and performance issues in Windows environments, basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and IP subnetting.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MSCE) are a plus.
