We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support across various channels.
About the Role:
- This is a remote-first work opportunity, allowing you flexibility in your work environment.

- Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- At least 6 months to 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to different working schedules and handle pressure.
