Senior Data Architect Position

We are a leading provider of tech solutions, combining human expertise with AI to create scalable technology platforms.

Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our global organization. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying data pipelines, lakes, meshes, and other data products;
  • Strong ability to understand, question, prioritize, and translate business problems into data-driven solutions (BI, Analytics, models, machine learning);
  • Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines;
  • Ability to share knowledge and expertise with junior team members.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining conceptual data models related to financial services;
  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate modeling methodologies;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define analytical questions and translate them into metrics;
  • Identifying and cataloging the data universe: source systems, data domains, key entities;
  • Designing canonical schemas and logical models with consistent naming conventions, data types, and partitioning strategies;
  • Architecting and recommending lakehouse solutions;
  • Leveraging existing data lake assets to build out the data universe;
  • Implementing dimensional modeling patterns with defined grain, keys, and SCD handling;
  • Specifying and overseeing ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data quality, lineage, and observability;
  • Establishing governance standards for data stewardship, access, and metadata management;
  • Optimizing schemas and storage for performance, scalability, and cost;
  • Maintaining documentation, including data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and architecture diagrams.
