This role will drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention while assisting in overall business development strategy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy in partnership with CRO, sales leadership, and your team
  • Partner with senior leaders to create a revenue machine that is predictable, scalable, and low friction
  • Increase MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline from marketing programs
  • Build an account-based marketing motion
  • Work closely with the corporate marketing team to create campaigns to support demand generation efforts
  • Meet or exceed net-new revenue goals
  • Partner with talent network teams and product to support sales development with compelling messaging, sequence support, and campaign execution enablement

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in international hyper-growth demand gen with proven leadership skills
  • Experience of localization within both web-based and account-based marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with globalization concepts and best practices

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A passion for marketing, sales, and innovation will be essential to success in this role.
