Sr Marketing Executive - LATAM

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing executive to lead our LATAM strategic marketing efforts. As Sr Marketing Executive - LATAM, you will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies across the region.

The ideal candidate will have deep market understanding, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions. You will lead centralized capabilities focused on the execution of omnichannel marketing strategies and work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and BU Marketing teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to address emerging market trends, including crafting cross-business value propositions and offers in collaboration with regional and country commercial teams.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies across LATAM.
  2. Translate customer insights and data into actionable marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
  4. Drive adoption and execution of best practices in marketing across the region.
  5. Identify and develop cross-BU growth opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
  6. Build and scale marketing capabilities across countries and business units.
  7. Develop value propositions and offers that address customer pain points and improve outcomes.
  8. Lead omnichannel marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content strategy, and customer journey mapping.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales, medical, and regulatory priorities.
  10. Support product launches and commercial readiness across regions.
  11. Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize investments to maximize ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing and omnichannel marketing communication, preferably in healthcare, med tech or pharma.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
  • Experience managing subject matter experts representing multiple product lines for large businesses or countries and subject matter experts in different omnichannel marketing execution capabilities.
  • Omnichannel transformation experience and expertise especially for marketing including digital content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and measurement.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and geographies.
  • Knowledge of data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI) and customer segmentation models.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in healthcare marketing.
  • Advanced in English; additional language skills (e.g. Spanish) are a plus
