We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our Finance & Accounting Division. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of Financial Management, while ensuring the effective management of divisional operations in accordance with corporate strategies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost and Revenue Audit, and Internal Audit functions.">
  • Participate in meetings with Corporate members to discuss financial performance and strategy.">
  • Prepare and review all month-end reports, including reconciliations.">
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.">
  • Supervise Finance staff, providing coaching and counseling to reflect service standards and procedures.">
  • Manage hotel on-site Finance functions, including financial planning, budgeting, cash management, and systems administration.">
