Assistant Director of Recruitment and Enrollment Outreach Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as Assistant Director of Recruitment and Enrollment Outreach.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive graduate recruitment strategies to attract and engage prospective graduate students.
  • Implement wide-ranging outreach efforts to prospective graduate students, leveraging digital marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to understand program offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential students.
  • Create engaging graphics, videos, and multimedia content to showcase the Graduate School's programs.
  • Manage social media and peer engagement platforms to foster connections with potential candidates.
  • Analyze market data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and enrollment outreach initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, plus 4 years of relevant professional experience, or Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field of study, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience using and interpreting data to inform decision-making and evaluate the success of recruitment and enrollment efforts.
