  • Prepare and assign work for the region and tasks of responsibility to deliver best match for needs and potential
  • Assign service appointments to service crews by organizing service crew composition on short term
  • Deliver timely communication to crews and partners
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to planning and scheduling
  • Confirm readiness for works to be implemented
  • Prepare 12-week planning and short-term planning
  • Bundling and optimizing work order composition
  • Create purchase requests
  • Ensure improvement loop with stakeholders regarding technical planning, supply chain operations, and work efficiency
  • Review performed works at the end of the week

Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating smaller development or improvement projects
  • Technical and planning framework understanding
