Revenue Optimization Specialist

As a Revenue Management Analyst, your primary goal is to optimize revenue streams and enhance profitability through strategic data analysis and decision support. This involves leveraging advanced analytical tools to interpret data sets and provide actionable financial insights for Accounts, Therapeutic Area, and Brands.

  • Develop and implement strategies based on gross-to-net optimization to maximize revenue and profitability. Utilize analytical tools to interpret, simulate scenarios, and generate actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Key Account and National Sales Managers to align commercial strategy and ensure consistent execution and adherence to the company's revenue goals.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators by Therapeutic Areas, Brands, and Accounts.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Previous experience in Revenue Management and/or Financial Planning, especially in pharmaceutical companies.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel. Data visualization skills such as Tableau are highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job Details:

  • Work location: On-site 2-3 times a week or as needed by the business.
